FAQ’s

We are pretty far away from Amsterdam, or Kitchener – how do we collaborate?

Not to worry, we have got you covered. Since we’re not (stuck) in one place either, everything will be set up online. We’re used to that. It’s how we work.

What happens when I contact you for an open position?
Confirmation & Contact

You receive a confirmation first and we will reply as quickly as humanly possible. Usually within hours, but 1-2 days max. We will check your resume and background. If we think there might be a good match, we will contact you further and ask you a few questions. And you can ask us some too ;).

How to help our team

We will discuss how you can best help our team. When all ends well we will send you our contractor agreement. In it we clarify some details with regards to your job specifics and agreed upon rate, among others. It should hold no surprises.

What happens after I contact you for a quote?
Information & Contact

You receive a confirmation first and we will reply as quickly as humanly possible. Usually within hours, but 1-2 days max. If you requested a quote to build something for you, we will ask you a few questions about the stage of your project. And you can ask us some too ;).

Proposal

We let you know how we can best help you and if you agree send you our proposal. In it we clarify some details with regards to your project specifics, we add steps to take, planning estimates, and hour breakdowns.

What happens when I would like to collaborate with your company?

When you agree to our proposal – sign it and send it back to us. And, in case we will be building something for you: Depending on the package you agreed to, there will be an advance payment request for a part of the total sum owed.

Next we will set up an online collaborative environment to work in and together we will start planning the things we’ve agreed to.

How do I protect the intellectual property rights to my product or project?

When you agree to our proposal – you will also sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (MNDA). This regulates all rights towards products and ideas.

If you are a customer and pay us to help you validate and build your product, we do not own any of your ideas or the product that we build for you. Unless of course, we agree otherwise.

Where can I find your Terms of Service?
